ISIS posts revenge warning on social networking site over Mehdi’s arrest

Islamic State operators posted a stern warning on the social networking site over the arrest of 24-year old Mehdi, who was allegedly handling the Twitter account for them.

Joint commissioner of police (crime) Hemanth Nimbalkar and deputy commissioner of police (crime) Abhishek Goyal were tagged in the tweet which mentioned about the revenge ISIS is planning against them.

“We will not leave our brothers in your hand. Revenge is coming. Wait for our reaction,” said the tweet.

 had nabbed Mehdi on Saturday from a single room apartment located in the cyber city Bengaluru. On one hand Mehdi accepted that he was handling the twitter handle of terror group and on the other hand his father claimed innocence and said his son is being framed against false charges.

A detailed probe to find the location of threat is underway. Police have traced the IP address but maintains that the address could be fake.
